I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the convenient location near the beach and Pier Park. The rooms were nice and usually clean, although I did encounter some issues with maintenance. The breakfast offering was decent with a few hot items, but there's room for improvement in variety. Overall, it provided good value for money, but some housekeeping aspects need immediate attention.
